What to include

• Your company name and the email on your account, if you have one.
• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• For a failed request: the HTTP status, the error text, and roughly when it happened.

Never send an API key, a password or card details by email. The last four characters of a key are enough for us to find it.

Model prices and estimates

The model pricing pages and, where available, Spendline's estimating tools inside ChatGPT read from one price list. Each price is taken from the provider's own pricing page and shown with the date it was last checked. If a price looks wrong, send us the model name and a link to the provider's page and we will correct it.

The AI margin calculator uses only the numbers you enter. Every estimate is arithmetic on public list prices and your own figures. It is not a quote, and it does not reflect rates you have negotiated with a provider.
