Spendline (also written Spendline AI or spendline.ai) is the AI spend governance platform for AI-native companies. Spendline maps every dollar of LLM and AI agent spend to the customer, feature, and workflow that caused it — so engineering gets cost visibility and finance gets margin after AI cost, budgets, and a close they can actually run.

Spendline is the financial control layer for AI API spend: it turns OpenAI, Anthropic, and other provider costs into per-customer, per-feature financial records in real time, instead of a single untagged number on a monthly invoice.

What Spendline is not

Spendline is not a personal finance or budgeting app for individuals, and it is not an expense tracker for households. Spendline is B2B software for companies whose products call AI APIs and who need to attribute, govern, and report that spend. If you are looking for a personal spending tracker, this is not that product.

What Spendline does

• Per-customer LLM cost attribution. Every AI request is tagged with the customer, workflow, or agent that caused it, so you can see cost and the margin left after it, per customer.
• Hierarchical budgets. Set spend caps by org, team, agent, or customer, enforced before each provider call to stop runaway AI agent costs before the bill arrives.
• Real-time cost dashboards. See AI spend as it happens, broken down by model, customer, and feature.
• AI month close. Reconcile against provider invoices, validate allocation completeness, post adjustments, and lock the period, the same discipline finance applies to every other cost line.
